Abstract
This invention relates to a sterilization process for vacuum-packaged raw meat, comprising vacuum-packaging, ultraviolet sterilization and heat shrinkage in sequence. The present invention provides an apparatus comprising an ultraviolet sterilization apparatus and an apparatus for shrinking film packaging material as an embodiment; sterilization effect obtained by means of the apparatus is great and bacteria as well as mold are sterilized. The packaged product does not change color or smell so that it does not lose its value as merchandise. No deterioration about the product could be found.
