Abstract
An exercising device includes an integrally molded footboard on which an individual may stand and a pair of continuous loop elastic bands attachable to the footboard and being positionable over the user's shoulders, or otherwise used by the individual for exercising purposes. The footboard is provided with a vaulted and ribbed understructure having cavities for frictionally retaining accessories including the elastic bands. Integrally molded cleats are provided at the ends of the board, and the outer shape of the board is in the rough form of an hour glass for easy carrying.
