Abstract
A composition for use in synthesis reactions comprises a mixture of an organolithium compound and an inert inorganic pulverulent carrier and consists of methyllithium and ethyllithium, one or more of the group consisting of SiO.sub.2, Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, CaO and synthetic anhydrous aluminosilicate, and paraffin. That composition is flowable and non-pyrophoric.
