Abstract
Processes for producing antibacterial and antitumor agents designated LL-E33288.epsilon.-I and LL-E33288.epsilon.-Br using triphenylphosphine at ice bath temperature are disclosed. Novel intermediates prepared in the processes are also disclosed.
