Abstract
Herbicidal benzothiazolones of the formula ##STR1## wherein X represents hydrogen or halogen, R.sup.1 represents hydrogen, alkyl, various organic radicals, ##STR2## in which R.sub.2, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 each is hydrogen or an organic radical, and R.sup.3 is alkyl, cycloalkyl or optionally halo-substituted phenyl.
