Abstract

A cosmetics applicator has a handle and a stem projecting from the handle. A multiplicity of elements project laterally from the stem. Some of the elements are relatively flexible bristles, for retaining mascara in the interstices between the bristles, and others of the elements are relatively stiff teeth for providing a combing effect upon application.
