Abstract

A silver halide color negative photographic material having at least one blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, at least one green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and at least one red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer on a support, which is characterized in that the combined total of silver contents in the material is from 3.0 g/m.sup.2 to 8.0 g/m.sup.2 and the specific photographic sensitivity of the material is from 320 to less than 800. The material has improved sharpness and graininess and has high processability including pressure-resistance. Even after stored for long periods of time, the graininess of the material does not deteriorate.
