Abstract

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prophylaxis and treatment of ischemic disorder in mammalian organs which contains, as an ingredient, a compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are independently the methyl group or a hydrogen atom, or a salt thereof.
