Abstract

The present invention provides a photographic element that includes an antistatic composition comprising a polyphosphazene comprising repeating units of the formula: ##STR1## and a salt that complexes with the polyphosphazene. In the above formula, x, y, R.sub.1, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, W, X, Y, and Z are as defined herein.
