Abstract

The present invention is a container for transportation and storage. It comprises a cover, a base, and side panels for positioning between the cover and base to form a universal storage container. The side panels have a panel structure for maintaining the structural integrity of the side panel, with at least one latch near an upper edge for securely attaching the side panel to the cover and at least one latch near a lower edge for securely attaching the panel to the base. The vertical edges of the side panels have universal joints to interconnect the panels.
