Abstract
Derivatives of milbemycins D, A.sub.3 and A.sub.4 and of the corresponding sec-butyl compound have a halogen atom at the 13-position; at the 5-position, they have an oxygen (keto) atom, an oxime group or a substituted oxime group. They may be prepared from known compounds by any appropriate combination of halogenation, ketonization and oximation.
