Abstract
N-substituted amide derivative represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein A is --CH(OH)-- or --C(.dbd.O)--, R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or an lkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R.sup.2 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, are disclosed. These compounds are useful for prevention and therapy for liver diseases.
