Abstract

Substituted aminomethylenebis(phosphonic acid) derivatives represented by the general formula: ##STR1## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2 R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; 'm' is zero or represents an integer from 1 to 4; and a ring 'A' represents a cycloalkenyl group having 5 to 8 carbon atoms, a bicycloheptyl group, a bicycloheptenyl group or a saturated heterocyclic group having 4 to 7 carbon atoms and containing an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a sulfinyl group (--SO--) or a sulfonyl group (--SO.sub.2 --), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
