Abstract
A process for producing a decorative printed packaging material which is partially light reflective and light refractive. A paperboard layer is printed at a screen angle of 105.degree. with a non-uniform non-leafing metallic ink. A high density pigmented white ink is then printed at a screen angle of 15.degree. directly onto the metallic ink. A colorant and a transparent high gloss overlacquer are then applied.
