Abstract
Lubricating oil compositions containing a combination of a polyamino alkenyl or alkyl succinimide modified to contain carbamate functionalities and a Group II metal overbased sulfurized alkylphenol unexpectedly possess little, if any, adverse compatability effects on deposits in diesel engines as compared to lubricating oil compositions containing a combination of an unmodified polyamino alkenyl or alkyl succinimides and a Group II metal overbased sulfurized alkylphenol.
