Abstract
The present invention is a compact pizza oven which includes a baking chamber and a means for heating air. A fan means is provided for impelling the heated air through a top and bottom orifice toward the pizza. The oven also includes an oven door for closing and opening the baking chamber and a turntable upon which the pizza is rotated about its center while it is baked.
