Abstract
Process for preparing derivatives of baccatine III and of 10-deacetylbaccatine III, of general formula (I), in which R is hydrogen or acetyl, by condensation of an acid of general formula (II) with a derivative of baccatine III or of 10-deacetylbaccatine III of general formula (III), R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 denoting hydroxy-protecting groups, followed by the replacement of the protecting groups by hydrogen. ##STR1##
