Abstract

The present invention relates to conjugates in which a monovalent carboxylic ionophore is associated by means of a covalent bond with a macromolecule chosen from antibodies, fragments of antibodies, and peptide ligands. It also relates to the activated ionophores. These conjugates are suitable as immunotoxin potentiators.
