Abstract

A paint spray gun in which its nozzle, nozzle-gun adapter and paint inlet fitting are all formed by a single plastic nozzle unit, and its air cap is also a one-piece plastic molding. Minor molding inaccuracies in these parts are corrected by thin section nozzle unit walls that engage portions of the air cap.
