Abstract
A coating composition comprising about 50 to 30% by weight of a blocked isocyanate-functional urethane prepolymer, 2 to 25% by weight of at least one organic solvent-soluble phenolic resin, 0.5 to 18% by weight of a halogenated resin selected from the group consisting of halogenated rubber, halogenated polyolefins and halogenated vinyl halide polymers and an inert solvent in an amount sufficient to provide an adhesive primer having a solid content of 10 to 70% by weight.
