Abstract

The invention provides imidazole ketone derivatives of the general formula I: ##STR1## or an acid-addition salt or metal salt complex thereof, in which R represents a phenyl group substituted by one or more halogen atoms and R.sup.2 represents an optically substituted alkyl group; processes for their preparation; compositions containing such compounds and their use as fungicides.
