Abstract
A powder dispenser for supplying a predetermined amount of powder for, for example, cosmetic applicators, by a simple finger-tip operation. The dispenser has a tubular casing which has a nib at one end and an actuator at the other end thereof, a powder chamber containing therein a predetermined powder, a spiral member extending within the powder chamber, and a rotary device having an actuator for providing relative rotation between the spiral member and the powder chamber. A tube may be provided within the tubular casing to form the powder chamber.
