Abstract
This invention relates to tamper evident closures and packages for indicating teh condition of the packages and particularly to caps for containers or bottles having a stretchable portion which can change color and a separable from the cap, all to provide a clear and unequivocal indicator of the condition of the container or bottle, e.g., that it has been opened or tampered with.
