Abstract
Novel, multiple-tritiated steroid-20,17-spirolactones of general Formula I ##STR1## wherein --A--B-- is --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --, --CH.dbd.CH-- or ##STR2## and --C--D-- is ##STR3## R is hydrogen or tritium and n is 0 or 1, are usable as tracer materials for the detection of mineralocorticoid receptors.
