Abstract

Disclosed are a compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl or a group --(CH.sub.2).sub.n COOR.sup.3 in which n is an integer of 1 to 4 and R.sup.3 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, and R.sup.2 is a group --CH.dbd.CH--R.sup.4 or --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --R.sup.4 in which R.sup.4 is substituted or unsubstituted phenyl or a substituted or unsubstituted 5-membered heterocyclic group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient. The compounds have an excellent chemical mediator inhibitory activity.
