Abstract
Method and apparatus for the manufacture of non-roping thermoplastic draw tape handles for insertion into thermoplastic bags and in particular for the continuous application of an adhesive coated reinforcing layer of material to the handled portion of the thermoplastic draw tape to reduce roping.
