Abstract
A compound selected from the group consisting of all possible isomeric forms, optically active isomers and racemic mixtures of compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are individually selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, alkyl and alkoxy of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, --OH, --CF.sub.3 and --NO.sub.2, R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, aralkyl of 7 to 12 carbon atoms, benzoyl and acyl of an alkanoic acid of 1 to 12 alkyl carbon atoms and ##STR2## is selected from the group consisting of ##STR3## and their non-toxic, pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts having analgesic activity as well as cerebral oxygenating and vaso regulating activity.
