Abstract

A triboelectrically chargeable composition for use in development of electrostatic latent images. The composition contains an organotin oxide represented by the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different groups selected from cycloalkyl groups, substituted cycloalkyl groups, aralkyl groups and substituted aralkyl groups. The composition is embodied typically as a positively chargeable toner and also as a charge-imparting material for charging a toner.
