Abstract
A light-sensitive material comprising a light-sensitive layer which contains silver halide, a reducing agent and a polymerizable compound provided on a support, characterized in that the silver halide and the polymerizable compound are together contained in microcapsules which are dispersed in the light-sensitive layer, and the light-sensitive layer further contains a binder which is arranged outside of the microcapsules. A process for the preparation thereof is also disclosed.
