Abstract
The invention relates to an antimicrobial agent of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is amino or conventional protected amino, R.sup.2 is hydrogen or tetrahydropyranyl, and ##STR2## wherein R.sup.4 is lower alkyl, and R.sup.5 is hydrogen or lower alkyl substituted with hydroxy or conventional protected hydroxy, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
