Abstract
The resistance to yellowing of fabric treatment agents obtainable by reaction of aliphatic C.sub.8 -C.sub.22 mono-carboxylic acids or amide-forming derivatives thereof with polyamines and subsequent neutralization of unreacted amino groups is vastly improved by carrying out neutralization with phosphorous acid.
