Abstract
A 2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid derivative having the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is an alkyl group or an aryl group, R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom, an acyl group, a sulfonyl group or an alkyl group, and each of X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 is a halogen atom.
