Abstract

Wing sections, in particular aircraft lift-wing sections, with a section contour where the curvatures in the supersonic flow areas at the top and bottom sides of the section vary as little as possible and where each area is followed by a recompression region with a pronouced maximum of curvature and with tightly spaced inflection points therebehind, a flow gap being selectively settable and located behind the recompression area of the top side of the section.
