Abstract

Polyoxymethylene/thermoplastic polyurethane compositions having 5-40 weight percent polyurethane are modified by incorporating therein 0.05-1.0 weight percent of a polycarbodiimide (or a mixture of polycarbodiimides) having a molecular weight of about 1000 and containing units of the formula ##STR1## where n has an average value of about 3, to improve resistance to discoloration and decomposition.
