Abstract
An exercise apparatus having a unique support frame including a base, a first upwardly extending member having a handgrip mounted on its upper end, and a second buttress member extending from the base to a point between the ends of the first member. A pair of foot beams pivotally mounted on one of the upwardly extending members. A rope interconnecting the foot beams and extending over a pully mounted on the support frame above the foot beams, a pair of shock absorbers pivotally connected to the foot beams at one end and connected to the support frame at a point above the foot beams at their other end.
