Abstract

A fluorine-containing urethane compounds represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.f represents a perfluoroalkyl group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms; X represents --CH.sub.2 CH(A)--, --C.sub.k H.sub.2k -- or --SO.sub.2 N(R.sup.3)C.sub.t H.sub.2t -- (in which A represents a methyl group or ethyl group; k and t are an integer of 1 to 4; and R.sup.3 is hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group); R.sup.1 represents a n-valent organic group; R.sup.2 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms; n is an integer of 2 to 10; and m is an integer in the range of n.gtoreq.m.gtoreq.1, subject to the limitation that when n is 2, m is 2 and R.sup.1 is ##STR2## (in which Y is a divalent organic group) and a water and oil-repelling agent and a non-sticking agent containing the compound as the active ingredient.
