Abstract
The color-developing sheet for pressure-sensitive recording sheets contains a color-developing agent comprising a polyvalent metal salt of aromatic carboxylic acid in combination with a polyvalent metal salt of carboxylated terpenephenol resin and/or a reaction product of carboxylated terpenephenol resin, aromatic carboxylic acid and polyvalent metal compound. This color-developing sheet provides a higher color-developing rate and a superior color-developing intensity.
