Abstract

Disclosed is the use of Tri-methyl PG-F.sub.2 a, and its derivatives, such as, 15-acetyl Tri-methyl PG-F.sub.2 a and pharmaceutically acceptable esters thereof in the treatment of glaucoma and intraocular hypertension. Also disclosed are ophthalmic pharmaceutical compositions comprising Tri-methyl PG-F.sub.2 a and its derivatives.
