Abstract
A fluorosilicone polymer comprising from 30 to 99.95 mol % of units of a cyclic trisiloxane of the formula (a) --R.sub.f CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 (R.sup.1)SiO--.sub.3, from 0.05 to 10 mol % of units of a cyclic siloxane of the formula (b) --R.sup.2 R.sup.3 SiO--.sub.m, and from 0 to 69.95 mol % of units of a cyclic siloxane of the formula (c) --R.sup.4 R.sup.5 SiO--.sub.n, wherein each of R.sup.1, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 is a monovalent organic group, R.sub.f is a perfluoroalkyl group having from 4 to 6 carbon atoms, R.sup.2 is an alkenyl group, and each of m and n is an integer of from 3 to 6.
