Abstract
1,3,2-oxazaphospholidine derivatives of the formula ##STR1## are effective in stabilizing organic materials against oxidative, thermal and actinic degradation, said derivatives being particularly effective as color improvers and process stabilizers in organic materials containing phenolic antioxidants.
