Abstract

To guarantee an exact engagement of toothed flanks in the driving gear train of a multi-color sheet-fed rotary printing machine, the gears in the train pertaining to an intermediate printing unit of the machine are power supplied from a driving member which transmit a three-fold power portion in comparison to uniform power portions transmitted by driving elements assigned to the remaining printing units.
