Abstract
The invention provides two novel immunosuppressant cyclodepsipeptides of formula: ##STR1## in which X is chlorine or hydrogen. These compounds may be made by culturing Streptomyces sp. S-16328 (CBS 162.86). The compound in which X is chlorine may be hydrogenolysed to give the compound in which X is hydrogen.
