Abstract

Novel diaryl ethers of the formula ##STR1## wherein A is CR.sup.3 or N and R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, n and R.sup.6 are as defined hereinafter, processes for their preparation, herbicidal compositions which contain these compounds as the active ingredient as well as the use of these compounds or compositions for the control of weeds is disclosed.
