Abstract
Novel therapeutically active compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a lower alkyl group or an acyl group, R.sup.3 is a lower alkyl group; an alkenyl group; or a benzyl group optionally substituted with fluorine, chlorine, bromine, trifluoromethyl, lower alkyl or lower alkoxy, A.sup.1 and A.sup.2 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, an acyl group, an alkoxycarbonyl group or a dialkylcarbamyl group, provided that when A.sup.1 and A.sup.2 are the same lower alkyl group and R.sup.3 is ethyl, R.sup.1 or R.sup.2 or both are selected among cyano, lower alkyl and acyl; or a physiologically acceptable salt or optical isomers thereof, methods for their preparation, pharmaceutical preparations containing the compounds and methods for their therapeutical use.
