Abstract
Novel 7-hydroxyguanine compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is hydrogen atom or hydroxy, and a salt thereof, which have excellent anti-tumor activity, process for preparing the compounds, and anti-tumor agent containing said compound as an active ingredient.
