Abstract
A setter is disclosed which is made of ceramic honeycomb structural plate having longitudinal flow cells, and is provided with a bevelled portion at peripheral edge portion of an end face which is to be abutted against a green honeycomb structural body to be fired. A process for firing green honeycomb structural bodies by using such a setter is also disclosed.
