Abstract

The invention provides fungicidal compositions comprising as an active ingredient a compound having the general formula (I): ##STR1## or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein one of X and Y is hydrogen and the other is ##STR2## where R is H, methyl or ethyl; Z is carbonyl, or a derivative thereof, or is --CR.sup.3 R.sup.4 -- or --CR.sup.3 OR.sup.4 in which R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are hydrogen or alkyl groups; R.sup.1 and R.sup.2, which may be the same or different, are alkyl groups containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 together with the adjacent nitrogen atom constitute an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring; and n is 0 or 1.
