Compounds of formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: ##STR1## wherein: one of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl and the other is C.sub.1-4 alkyl or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 together are C.sub.2-5 -polymethylene;
