Abstract
The invention relates to products characterized by the general formula: ##STR1## in which R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R and X have the meanings indicated in claim 1. The invention also related to pharmaceutical compositions administrable particularly orally, containing the abovesaid compounds in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle. They are useful as medicaments.
