Abstract
Hair conditioning emulsions providing improved detangling and combing ease and a creamy feel on wet hair are disclosed. The compositions contain water, a certain quaternary nitrogen-containing conditioning agent and about 1 to 4 weight percent polydimethyl cyclosiloxane having an atmospheric boiling point of from about 150.degree. C. to about 250.degree. C.
